What are some things you can do to cinch your waist, and get rid of "love handles"?
I'm about 129 lbs and 5'0". I need to lose about 10 lbs, but I really want to work on my waist. I have a relatively small waist, but it still needs some work. Any types of foods you can eat, or things you can do? No surgery advice, and no crunches and sit-up advice. All suggestions welcome. Thanks.
