Can we put demands on the people who get government assistance?
Like, for example, if someone accepts government health care, food stamps, government subsidized housing etc... Can we make them all live in a colony for the needy, oh I don't know, in Utah for example?

Relocation camps - awesome solution. That's worked so well in the past.
Are you willing to make that same policy for CEO's and company employees who take corporate welfare, which is 10X more expensive for tax payers? 27 million Veterans are on government assistance. Nothing says 'thank you for our freedoms' like placing our Vets in colonies in Utah.
Utah wouldn't have them. I suggest that since they are making use of programs supported and loved by liberals, that they be required to live in liberal cities such as San Francisco.
Maybe devils Island? Huh Why not set up educational classes to teach them job skills instead, Where is Jackson? why isn't he setting up business in poor neighbor hoods? I have to have random drug test, so should they.
Or we could just send them all to Hollywood because the actors think we should all do our part--OK Hollywood here your chance--You have nice big houses.
Yes if it is for their benefit. I don't think people who get food stamps should be allowed to smoke or be overweight. Think of how much money we could save and how much healthier people would be - win/win.
