First thing that you need to know is what is a supplement angle:
The angle that, added to the first one, equals 180 degrees.
ie, if angle A = 87 degrees, then its supplement B = 93...
...therefore...
supplement = x
angle = 4x
180 = x + 4x
180 = 5x
x = 36
Angle = 144 degrees
Supplement = 36 degrees
---
Check:
144+36 = 180
and
144/36 = 4
