Possible hard drive problem, you will need the system disk in DVD drive to boot and fix the problem. You may need to bring your PC to computer for the operating system or call ASUS customer service.

open your computer console/box, disconnect and Connect hard drive cables, (ide/sata) you may need to do this twice or thrice. note that you will hear a slight click from your hard disk when it runs, if it clicks and the computer still fails to run, it could be the motherboard now that needs replacement. Ps unplug you computer before doing this.
