in yahoo news it says that "1 a.m. and dawn local time Wednesday morning, Peak activity, when Earth wades into the densest part of the debris, is expected around 6 a.m. ET (3 a.m. PT)."

what time and day would the meteor shower occur in the philippines? im curious, ive never ever seen a meteor shower and i want to witness this rare opportunity. pls

The meteor shower starts at the same time all around the world, but I suggest simply going out at around midnight local time for observation.

12 to 1am seems to always be the best time to watch them, no matter where you live.

(Though Meteor showers are spectacular, they are not really that rare, typically happening a few times a year).
