Would it be possible to combine AAdvantage Points onto one account?
I went on a trip to Europe last year with 5 other people and was wondering if I could combine the AAdvantage points.

You can transfer the miles for a fee, but it's fairly costly to do so. You can check the cost and how to do so here:

all of those airlines have share miles programs, check at their web sites, cost is about a penny per mile and a 30 dollar fee in addition
