What do you miss being able to do without lots of time, trouble, and/or pain?
While pregnant what do you miss being able to do without it taking forever, seeming like it isn't worth the effort, or just it is too darn uncomfortable to actually want to do?
With me I was amazed how long it takes to take a shower when having to shave. And cleaning the living room with my daughter is like an olympic sport because of the squatting.
And on average how long does it take to shower when you shave while pregnant? 40 minutes for me. 33W4D.

Shanzeh: The toes thing I am lucky if I can get to them to cut them. LOL My husband hates feet so I feel like I am doing yoga doing it. I am allergic to Nair. I have really sensitive skin so I just have to shave with good razors and shave gel... And if I drop something my daughter is right there and she is a little mommy so she will grab it for me and hand it to me. Or she thinks she is my babies doctor too.

I miss being able to roll over in bed without annoying pelvic pain. I also miss my full capacity bladder, hot yoga, sushi, red wine and all of my non pregnant cloths.
I'm almost 18 weeks with #2, and I have to sit all day at work. There are days where I just can't deal with it! I'm as big as I was with my daughter at 6 months and already having all the same discomforts. This time I also have a LOT more ligament stretching/pulling pain. Every time I get up, it feels like my abdomen is going to fall off! Showering doesn't take that long, but it never did even at the end with my daughter. Shave? Ha! I just skip it, most of the time. LOL.
-i miss being able to bend over and pick up things!! when i drop something, i look at it, take a deep breath, and then try to reach it! lol -i miss pedicures! i used to love giving myself a pedicure, but these days, even reaching my toes is like a miracle! -i miss shaving my legs....it takes me forever to do it, and now my belly is in the way big time, so i've given up! i was thinking of trying these hair remover lotions..they might be easier....like the Nair shower one..what do you say? -i miss being able to do things without running out of breath! -i miss sleeping soundly. these days, when i need to turn, i have to think about how to do it, which way will hurt less, where to put pressure....then i just stand up, walk to the other side of the bed, and lie down the other way!!! -i miss......just being normal! BUT I also love being pregnant :) i would go through this a million times for my angel! (34 weeks!)
**awww sweet!! you're soo lucky you have your daughter there for you :) and abt nair, i figure it won't be much of a difference....i mean, you still have to bend to apply it.....i dunno if i want to even try!! good luck with the rest of ur pregnancy!
I miss being able to walk up my stairs without having to stop to catch my breath...=) I also have 3 boys but thankfully they are all in school so I don't have to chase them throughout the day so I can rest somewhat before they get home. I also miss being able to fit in booths! Now when we go into restaurants I automatically have to ask for a table. =) Needless to say I'm ready to have this kid...come on January!!
It doesn't take me long to shower but shaving seems to take forever at least, 25 mins and doing my hair without taking breaks to sit down seems impossible these days.
