Why are the words of Jesus red in Bible's but not God's words ?
Why do Bibles have the words of Jesus in red as in to signify the importance of them but the word's of God are not red ? (God speaks alot in the OT while only makes a brief cameo in the NT when He says "This is my son in whom i am pleased"
nobody answ4ered my question. people just kept saying "jesus IS god" , which is not true, but even if it was, if people claim he WAS YHWH, then shouldnt YHWH's words also be in red ?
The whole Law was given by God himself with an audible voice that all of Israel heard. So all of you are lying with that "hand me down" and "never heard his voice as direct as with jesus"
Actually the Bible never says that denying Jesus is God, is the spirit of antichrist. so no, i didnt "know" that since it never says in the Bible , however the verse you most likely meant to reference is the one that says that he denies jesus came in the flesh (was a human) is antichrist . its fairly easy to prove Jesus isnt God nor that he even claimed to be , but thats regardless of the point. the point is that christians dont think Jesus is the God of the OT either, and even worse, they think Jesus is more powerful and better than the God of the OT and this (highlighting "jesus" words to signify superiority to other words, while God's words are not highlighted ) is one of many indicators that christians believe this. Another obvious clue that they believe this is that they need their god Jesus to confirm something YHWH already said in the OT . For example . YHWH says that teh sabbath is forever, but christians say they dont have to keep it because their god Jesus didnt re-confirm it
Yesw, colossians says that God was in Jesus, but teh Bible also says that God was in the apostles. so were they God ? well according to Jesus yes, since Jesus quoted a verse that says that he that recieves teh word of God is a God . This may seem problematic to many people , but its not problematic at all as soon as you realize that the word God doesnt even exist in the Bible . There is no word that means "The Most High Being , creator of all" . The word that results in "God" is Elohim , which means mighty judges.
