Sorry if you can't tolerate people giving you answers that don't conform to your mandates but that's a personal problem at best. I recall from CNN during the 2000 election that most states do not count absentee ballots unless they can change the outcome of an election as they could had in Florida. Also, you are correct that it is illegal to count absentee ballots before Election Day for the same reason candidates cannot campaign within a certain distance from a polling place on Election Day and that journalists cannot conduct election polls on Election Day prior to someone voting nor within a certain distance of those polls as any of those could influence a fair election process.

oyea.. The libs know that they will be losing that seat. One huge reason why they rushed their elected liberal to vote on the health care bill. Libs will lose that seat.

It was all another liberal scam, when you look back upon it. If you listen to the victory speech, it's all mellow. He knows way ahead of time, he will be losing his seat.

One thing for sure...Everyone is getting tired of the dirty libs. Even the libs in Europe are already going through tough times.

It certainly should , but with the present so called " administration" in office don't hold your breath, the party in power are Not know for their adherence to the laws of the land or for that matter plain old decency and honesty (I know it goes both ways, just more so with the party in power).

Nope.
Congressional Democrats will seat Owens regardless.
They have a long history of unlawfully placing Senators and Representatives.
