The English Patient. It won all sorts of awards and everyone raved about it. It was about 2 selfish people hurting others in pursuit of their passion. By the middle of the movie, I was hoping the 2 main characters would meet a terrible fate which they richly deserved. Everyone else in the theater was in tears at the end, but I was smiling because I couldn't stand these characters and was glad they got what they deserved.
