HELP! My desktop computer has been hijacked!!?

Question

It won't let me open "add or remove programs" or "system restore". It won't let me run any other programs. On the web, it only goes to it's own website, not any others so I can't download Avast! or any other free spyware removal programs.

I've tried searching my computer for the program name, found one file that I deleted. I emptied my recycle bin and restarted my desktop, but the hijackers are still there! 

I've thought about restarting in safe mode to see if I can get rid of it there, but thought I'd ask the question here first. (I'm on my Acer 1 Netbook now...)

The name of the program is Antivirus System PRO - supposedly run by Magic Software, Inc. in London.

You need Malwarebytes Antimalware see link,post back if you have any probs installing/running etc

Hijack is a trojan horse.
In order to remove the it, you should download, install, and update the best antispyware.

try malwarebytes in safe mode if that doesnt work do a reinstall and start over clean
