How do I change this after I jailbreak my iPod (picture)?

I jailbroke my iPod a couple of days ago and I've seen alot of pictures with the name change on it. Ican never seem to find out how to change this part (look at picture on Flickr): http://flickr.com/photos/aviationfrk9/4131221027/

the picture diesn't come up. If you want to chanfe where it says ipod use an app called fake carrier.
