im not allowed to have pics of myself on the internet but my friend posted a pic of me and my other friend online! its tagged to me, but how do i delete the pic off facebook completly???!!!! help!

Just untag yourself first, then ask your friend to take it down.
But unfortunatly everything you post or upload on any website are kept forever, required by law. So even tho its deleted, it will still be kept by the site

You can't, since your friend posted the photo you have to ask them to take it down. Which shouldn't be a problem if you just explain to your friend you're not allowed to have photos of yourself online.
One thing you could do however is untag yourself, but the photo will still be there so the best thing to do is just ask your friend to delete it.
