Who do I complain to about a store with poor conditions?

I was shopping on Saturday where the store was overcrowded, under staffed, dirty and was not fit to pass a health and safety inspection... Who should I direct my letter of complaint at?

Try contacting the store's main office. Be sure you give them
as many details as you can.

try the manager... or better yet if its in your town... call the town people its self.. and make a complaint they will be at that place in a heart beat looking for reasons to shut it down and give fines
