Who do I complain to about a store with poor conditions?

I was shopping on Saturday where the store was overcrowded, under staffed, dirty and was not fit to pass a health and safety inspection... Who should I direct my letter of complaint at?

Try contacting the store's main office. Be sure you give them

as many details as you can.
