I want to create a spreadsheet for exercises starting from basic exercises progressing up to the master lift. I'll call the beginner exercise "-A-" where progression cannot be made to the next exercise (-B-) until it is mastered.

Therefore when exercise -A- is mastered, I want to be able to put a number 1 into the spreadsheet and the next progression -B- will appear on sheet 2.

I was shopping on Saturday where the store was overcrowded, under staffed, dirty and was not fit to pass a health and safety inspection... Who should I direct my letter of complaint at?

The battery of my nikeplus sensor ran out so I bought a new sensor but now it wont sync with the website. I still have the same piece that connects to the ipod. The runs log onto my ipod and itunes but it wont upload to the website.

Any ideas?

I am looking for an np-45 battery for my digital camera. However, I cannot buy it online because I need it on Saturday. Are there any shops that sell them relatively cheap? Jessops sell them for £0 but that is way out of my price bracket.

I am going abroad for 30 days in August where I will be travelling through a number of countries. Is there any recognised way of inform the emergency services I have an allergy to penicillin just in case I am unconscious?

I am visiting Milan in September and I was just wondering which lake (Como/Maggiore) is easiest to get to via train/bus. Also, where would you reccommend staying when we got there because we want to spend a few nights there.

My girlfriend and I are travelling to Italy in September and we have a planned route for Northern Italy but we have too much.

The route:

Day 1: Fly to Treviso. Transfer to Venice (am).

Day 2: Venice

Day 3: Venice- day trip to Verona

Day 4: Train to Florence (am)

Day 5: Florence

Day 6: Florence- day trip to Pisa

Day 7: Train to Genoa (am)

Day 8: Train to Milan- transfer to Lake Maggiore

Day 9: Lake Maggiore

Day 10: Transfer to Milan. Transfer to Bergamo (19:00). Flight at 22:05.

We need to remove either Genoa, Verona, or Pisa.

Any help will be appreciated! :)

I was leaving the club the other night when another man picked a fight with me because I was in the club with his ex girlfriend. This man swung for me but because he was really drunk, he missed/I dodged. From here, I pushed the man to the ground to prevent further attack. As soon as this happened, 2 door staff had rugby tackle me and pushed me to the ground allowing the other man to get away. There slammed my head to the floor and kept me there for about 15 minutes until the police got there. I tried to remain as calm as possible throughout the ordeal. I have woken up this morning with lumps and bruises on my face (where they pushed me to the ground) and my arms where they held me on the ground. I was just wondering what right do they have to this because now its now nearly a day later and I am having long painful headaches from where I was hit in the back of the head by the door staff.

I was just wondering if I should let it blow over or do something about it because I am now injured and in pain for defending myself.
