How come some domains only work with www infront?
Some domains like google will work with www.google.com or google.com but sometimes other domains wont work without the www. infront of it. Why?

It has to do with Web Hosting company where your domain is hosted. You can contact their support and ask for your domain to come up on search engines with or without www.
