Of course he will. It will be his defining fight and the biggest boxing match of our generation. If Pacquiao managed to win this fight nobody would be able to say he isn't the best boxer around right now. Mayweather will be by far the biggest name on his record and a victory over him will cement Pacquiao's legacy

Not much really. He is the present P4P King, so he will just remain P4P King. Mayweather has no title to defend, so, no title on the line to add to Pac's titles. All he will accomplish is to blemish the 0 loss of PBF. Moseley, Berto, or even Cotto can do that too. He really has nothing to gain and plenty to lose. He should just pick from among the boxers that PBF has been avoiding.

a big NO, he already made history by winning 7 title is 7 different divisions. why do people make mayweather a big deal just because he is undefeated? hell no!!!! mayweather is undefeated because he is a CHERRY PICKER!!!!! he never fought mosley, cotto, margarito, and other great fighters in his era. unlike pacman, pacman is moving up weights to challenge the best in their division. but it turns out that pacman is the best!
mayweather is not a champion, he will be just another boxer that will try to hurt pacman, cotto can't hurt pacman and we all know that cotto is stronger puncher than mayweather. I guess maweather can't hurt pacman. and no way in hell that pacman will get hurt by the RUN-AWAY-BRIDE/CATCH-ME-IF-YOU-CAN strategy of mayweather. mayweather will look like an amateur and chicken in the ring.
