Ebay (I realized) after investigating has been bilking people (probably) for years... based of misleading info in regards to sellers' fee. I just want to know what kind of lawyer would I bring this to and how to get the ball rolling.

When considering a lawsuit of any kind, but especially one that may grow into a class action, start by consulting your attorney. Going forward without a lawyer, even if you great advice from strangers online here, will put you at a big disadvantage. EBay has lawyers. When (not "if") you make a technical mistake in your pleadings or venue or procedure, they will take advantage to your detriment.
If you do not want to sue, but want a court to stop deceptive practices by a company, go to the consumer division of your state's attorney general's office.
Go all the way with this don't let "people" on yahoo tell you not to cause if you look up ebay they been sued so many times because they are such a crooked company! not only that they lie so much its disgusting. You just have to find a good lawyer. After all McDonald's was sued because there coffee was to hot they never expected to get in trouble for serving coffee "the way the customers like it."
