I have this Casio VL-Tone, which is a small keyboard device (links provided below), but it only plays...?

.. one note at a time. I would really love it if someone could find some schematics or something and explain to me how to to change the programming (or maybe something involving soldering), so that it plays multiple keys(notes) at the same time(chords)?
Please help, I am including a few links that may aid in the search. . as well as my email in the end.

(this one looks like it might be a lot of help>)http://www.polyvalens.com/vl1/
(and in the very bottom right portion of this page, it says something about schematics and user manual download... but I am not able to find a link to anything further.)

The audio chip in the vl-tone can't handle more than one note at a time, bare in mind it was their first attempt at a keyboard pretty much (it's essentially a calculator with a sound chip), it was fairly limited. Short of replacing a lot of components i don't think you're going to find a way of doing this.
