Is this possible, and how does it work.?
Apparently, my mother installed something on her computer to see who I talk to online and what I say. How does that work, if it even exists (which I think it does)?

Im not really sure, but my parents are really nosy and that is something that they would do, so i go to websites that would make them talk to me (not looking at them, just going to them) so i could prove that they don't trust me.
?
I haven't heard of that, but there is a way to see what websites you go on, how long you're on the website, and your activities. It is probably the same system. They connect to your browser.
Be careful online, your mom is only trying to protect you!
just keep your head above. ♫
I'm not sure, but I saw something like that on a Windows Vista commercial once, although I can't remember exactly what it was.
Try looking: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=parental+computer+monitoring+software&aq=0&aql=&aqi=g1g-sx1g1g-sx1g-m1&oq=parental+computer+mo .
Even if you don't believe it or you don't know how it works, I would still be careful.

There are parental options on your computer. I am not sure what type of information it monitors, but its not unreasonable to believe your mother can monitor who you chat with or even what you say.

It is possible to do but i'm not actually sure on how it works, he's probably able to watch whats on your screen through your internet netowrk (they do that at school too. :L)
just watch what you say and do whilst online, maybe he'll realise that you're mature enough and get rid of it.
