this blood test a day before the morales fight...manny said it was used as tactic against him. If that is so, how can they be so sure it will weaken manny?....this means that it really weakens people...so tactical the idea was, t'was taken from medical experts' advise...that why it's called tactic...well informed and well planned....well, test results negative meaning manny was never into roids....
regarding your question... my answer is YES...and floyd knew it might weaken him also, but he's an olympian and maybe subjected himself to olympic blood testing a number of times, he knew how to handle it...not to mention he is bigger than manny, the advantage will be all his. Got some friends at USADA too (why do you think they allowed him to use a PED called xylocaine?), they will harass manny's training camp, they can even take blood 1hr before the fight if they want to, disregarding the fact that it can really weaken most people....
im really glad manny disagreed on floyd's blood test and stick to the NSAC ruling...
what more can he ask...manny's the champ and he's the contender...yet manny agreed to be tested according to the mediation's ruling just to make the fight happen, those are experts...there are no alternative to their solution....

Floyd knew that. That is why he's using this ploy to back out. He's pretty sure for himself that Manny weakens when blood is drawn from his flesh immediately before the fight. Floyd knows that he's in a win win situation because if Manny refuses, Floyd will get an issue and could go free from the match he feared of. If Manny agrees, Floyd will be fighting a blood drained, physically and mentally weak Pacman. Nice tactic, isn't it?

EXACTLY! The video interview of Manny saying he will never take another blood test near the fight was the one used by Gayfeathers to duck the Pacman. And all of these steroid things are just an excuse so floyd will not look like ducking but everyone knows he was.

tes floyd had an idea he wouldnt take a random test. thats why floyd did it because floyd knew he would back out and floyd wouldnt have to fight him. floyd did that to show that he would fight him but in all reality he is afraid
