How do these character names sound?

I'm working on a book right now, and I wanted to know if you all thought these character names sound good, as far as their phonetic flow and the image they conjure of the character.

The book is a fantasy parody, so the names aren't "normal"; if some of them sound absurd, ridiculous, and idiotic, it's because they're supposed to. The names are below:

as a fantasy writer myself, these names are more along the lines of alien sci-fi than what fantasy would actually be. but the names are very good for sci-fi

Some of them are incredibly creative (I personally love Septimus Octavian Nines, "Tim" for short), but some seem too silly, despite the fact that you're writing a parody. Heather Hather is a little obvious in it's silliness. I'm a big fan of intelligent parodies, the kind that requires a sense of elevated humor., rather than, say, Napolean Dynamite humor. Also some of them are kind of hard to pronounce. Even the best writers can create characters that don't appeal to readers because they're consumed with pronunciation. Plus, its much funnier if you're trying to make a joke through a name if the reader can pronounce it.

well, at first glance, if you say they're for some weird fantasy parody, i guess they might fit
but i can't be too sure since i don't really care for the whole sci-fi fantasy genre
