JVC 20 inch tv problem?

I have a JVC Mod. AV20F475 20 inch flat screen tv that will not show any picture...all the menus and everything come up onscreen but it will not show any programing...I think someone has been fiddling around with the thing but cannot get any picture or sound....Any suggestions would be appreciated

If you haven't already done so, turn if off for an hour or two. Turn it back on and on the menu screen make sure you have the right input selected. If this doesn't work you need a professional.
