I'm looking for a 4 seat single engine plane with a range of at least 1000 nautical miles.?

Also instead of it having a stick to control the movement I want one were the yoke is the 2 handed design sort of like a wheel.

Until you added the "pressurized" part I was going to say a Comanche 250/260 with tip tanks!
A Turbo PA24-260TC has a range of 830 nm with the 90 gallons, add tips and you have 120 gallons which is well over 1000nm range. The Non-Turbo versions have 750nm range and with tips will also exceed 1000! Wish they had of pressurized them but no such luck!

Since you did say pressurized the Lancair IVP comes to mind. With a range of 1347 nm You can check the spec sheets on Trade A Plane. Its also very quick at 287 kts. If you use the ORENDA engine (600hp) the range goes to 1450 nm! Also very fast at 352 kts! Are a pain to build but there are a few for sale. http://www.trade-a-plane.com/classified/search?atcode=A&collection=&searchtype=atcode&code=A&sid=07b57bacc872d6ddb107a499a8a6dbcf&webclass=12900N&year_from=&year_to=&min_price=&max_price=&min_totime=&max_totime=&min_engtime=&max_engtime=&state=ALL&country=ALL&keyword1=&kwflag=AND&keyword2=&timelimit=0&tlvalue=2&browse=detail&maxads=100 check the second one down, its the turbine version!

The Mooney Acclaim can reach almost 1,500 nm at 55% power, has a maximum speed approaching 240 kts, service ceiling of 25,000 ft (non-pressurized, however), Garmin G1000 glass cockpit, and a yoke. I'd wait a couple years to pick up a quality used one, they're selling for upwards of $500,000 on AircraftDealer.com.

Lancair IV has a 1400 NM range however It does have the Side Stick Controls.
Believe me, if you ever fly in one, you would be much more satisfied with those rather than the rams horn control wheel. They give you more room, and eliminates visual obstruction between you and the instrument panel.

Cessna 182 or 206 true four place airplane with 1,000 plus mile range. Don't be fooled by others claims.

now you want pressurized! P-210

But you devil you, you are marketing for

but it will probably never become a viable project.
