I'm working on the names for the two organizations in my book, and I want your opinion.
The groups both go by acronyms. One is ULF and the other is HOBS.
One is good and one is evil. Not knowing what the letters stand for, which do you think would be which?

"ULF" strikes me as sinister somehow, and "HOBS" as neutral.

Ulf has been used before, and it was a good organization.
HOBS embodies evil.

ULF is good - sounds like elf.
HOBS is evil - sounds like a hobgoblin :P

First impulse was that ULF was "good" and HOBS was like "hobgoblins"- bad
Another view is that ULF is reminiscent of WTF (bad), and HOBS also reminds me of Hobbits- "good"
