I cant seem to figure it out on itunes and nobody I know seems to know how to do this for free.
I want to take songs I already own and turn them into ringtones if it is possible.
I dont want to send anything to my phone!

You don't even have to sign up! It's a really good website and they even have pre-recorded parts that other people have made.
