Why am I getting pimples and how can I prevent them?
I never--EVER--used to get pimples. Now all of a sudden, I've been getting them very frequently over the last two months. There have been a few changes in my lifestyle though, but I still don't understand why I'm getting these pimples.
Last year I moved from Chicago to Florida. Besides the changes in weather, I've been getting less exercise than I used to and I only leave the house about 20% of the time. Other than that, I drink plenty of water, I exercise daily, and I wash my face 5 times a day with just water, plus 3 times a day with water and soap. The pimples started when I frequently started to use lotion on my face, so I immediately stopped, and only put a little bit of lotion in the corners of my mouth and beneath my eyes. But the pimples are on my cheeks and I don't understand why. I shower daily, and I wash my pillow cases and blankets every 5-7 weeks. I really don't understand why these pimples have been showing up all of a sudden.
Can someone tell me why I'm getting them all of a sudden and how I can prevent them?
Also, I don't have oily skin. It's not very dry either, only at the corners of my nose and mouth, but the pimples are all concentrated on my cheeks.
I'm not stressed, but I have been getting a little less sleep than normal. Also, the only make up I wear is eyeliner, mascara, and lipgloss.
