a good thesis statement for the topic of A.D.H.D. medication?

im doing an argumentative research paper on diagnosing and medicating children with A.D.H.D.

i have the entire paper done. from view point A: too many children are loosely being diagnosed and the drugs are harmful, to B: ADHD is a serious problem and the medication does a great good.

but for some reason (and i do feel like a bimbo for this) i can not come up with an attention getting thesis statement.

any suggestions?

Hmmm....
You could focus on the "harmful" effects of the medication. You could find sources to identify specific side effects and use that as a topic sentence. You know: "according to blah blah blah.com, side effects include constipation, diarrhea, appetite suppression, obesity, vomiting, head aches...and death. Is that what we want for our overly medicated kids?" Something like that. At least you'll have the readers attention, even if it is a bit absurd.
