Yes, with a steady hand, a good drill and a bit of high quality glue it would be an easy conversion.
However would it be worth it to destroy a perfectly good night sight?
Fiber optics don't work well in low light conditions.

Yes if the tritium in the night sight is dead/not glowing and you have access to a drillpress.It would be hard to do a delicate job like this by hand.

why would anybody do that? If you want a fiber optic sight, just buy one and install it. It's not worth the time and effort to even attempt converting them.

this is not a good idea because a tritium sight is filled with tritium which is a radioactive material. Just buy some truglo sights and be done with it.
