I know this might sound stupid but do anorexic people get hungry? I am doing a project about eating disorders and i need to know if they get hungry or hav they like learned to ignore it? If u could explain it to me that would be nice.

umm i worked out instead of eat. so we distract ourselves. but the hunger is still there. i had to get gall bladder surgery because of it though. extreme diet changes destroys your stomach. put that in your paper.

Yes I do. I chew and spit food when I'm starving, or drink a glass of water when i get hungry.
Or sometimes I put hot sauce on my tongue. I also brush my teeth to distract myself from eating.
