Does the following statement sum up Democrats "bipartisan" effort for marxist health care that few people want?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100225/ap_on_bi_ge/us_health_care_overhaul

and the statement referred to.....

"We'll have that meeting," said Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., who helped write the Senate bill. "But far more important, after that meeting, you can either join us or get out of the way."

ok "who else" ill bite: i clearly dont understand how adopting a marxist plan of involuntary health insurance that the marjority of americans dont want is "cleaning up a mess". ill further state that, given the pelosi/reid regime has had control since the razor thin mandate of 06, i also dont understand why its "bushs mess"...enlighten me please.

Enough was enough back in 2004, but they gave Bush a second term anyway. Now we're trying to clean up the mess, which includes a serious crisis in the rising cost of health care. Ask a question about something you understand.

Chris Dodd is one reason even some Democrats don't want to "join or get out of the way". More importantly most Americans don't want to "join or get out of the way". It will be good to see Chris Dodd leave.
