I have been working out 4 days a week with cardio and weights for at least 12 yrs at a weight of 135-138..?

I recently went off the pill, as I am 52 yrs old, and lost 10 lbs. within a short amount of time. Now I look too thin and I appear to be using my muscle to fuel my body as have have almost no body fat. Can someone give me an idea how gain 10 lbs of "good weight" to sustain me in my workouts and help my body to look toned with attractive muscle definition? That last 10 lb. loss did me in !!

If you know correct weight loss info and way, weight loss is easy. If you are serious, you need to have easy weight loss way that works for you. I highly recommend you my weight loss way for you. 1.25 grams of protein x your bw
.5 grams of fat x your bw
1-2 grams of carbs x your bw

That's pretty much it. The range of for carbs is because we all handle carbs differently so YOU will have to play with them to see how you do.
