Which car for first car? saturn sc2 or saturn ion?

Hey guys, im looking into getting my first car and i hear saturn makes really good first cars since they are pretty cheap but they are reliable and last a long time.

So i am COMPLETELY stuck between two cars, the 2002 saturn sc2 and the 2004-06 saturn ion.
the sc2 is a little bit older but i look the looks of it, however the interior is very primative. the saturn ion apparently is a tad bit less reliable but the looks are just as good and the interior is wayy updated from the sc2. I will provide links and you tell me which car you like the looks of better.

Neither.  Any 2002 car has already lasted "a long time"; and unless it has been cared-for very well and happens to have relatively few miles, you're not doing yourself any particular favor by locking yourself into either one of these two vehicles.

Besides, both vehicles have already outlived the entire brand.  GM isn't making Saturns any more; and it's only a matter of time before GM and the various aftermarket companies start making fewer replacement parts and they become harder to find and more expensive.

About the only benefit to buying a Saturn now is the relatively low price for which you may be able to buy one, but that has to be weighed against the cost of repairs and maintenance in the future; and Saturn's certainly nothing special in that regard.

You'd be doing yourself a favor by choosing a vehicle brand whose manufacturer is still in production.

Neither! I hava the ION a million and it has ignition/laptop complications thanks to many times. 4 cases mandatory to be fastened. once lower than assure. pass THIS CRAPPY automobile variety! Do a bear in mind google on the vehicle make and variety and three hundred and sixty 5 days! you'll see the proceedings!
