Question about calories lol?
I know in order to gain a pound you have to eat, well so many calories, but, is it true that you can also gain weight by eating more calories then you burn, for example, if i were to eat a microwaveable pizza that is 370 calories a pizza and then did nothing would i gain weight, this bugs the crap out of me because people tell me that in order to gain weight you have to eat a lot of calories but what if you eat more then you burn even tho its a low amount of calories can you see a weight change after a while if you do that, or eat like crazy and don't move or do little moving, so can anybody help me out here, thanks alot to all who does lol
