On my ipod touch i cant go onto youtube. It says "cannot access youtube". I also cant download apps! Its getting really annoying:( i dont want to restore it and i might be able to take it to the apple store, but until then, i want to know what to do:(

I understand not wanting to restore it but sometimes that is your only option. Maybe call apple and ask them.

Sometimes you have to manually do it so go to "Settings > General > WiFi" and click on the WiFi you want.
