Any great photoshoppers out there?

My 10 year old brother, Migz, was recently diagnosed with leukemia last month. He is such a huge fan of this Malaysian singer and actress names Stella Chung (you can google her name for more pics). Migz's birthday is coming up and as a gift I would like to give him a photoshopped picture of Stella Chung holding a piece of paper with a handwritten "Migz" on it. I would like to surprise him with it yet I don't know someone who could do it. I would like it to look as believable as possible as if Stella Chung personally took the picture for him. 

Can anyone do it to cheer a 10 year old boy up? It would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

here's a thought, why not contact her personally and see if she'll visit or send him something... rather than faking it...

ideally the final photographer will understand the thank you to administration and combine/combine the two factors (in digicam modifying and placed up processing) to create the final photograph (for my area). some photographers depend far greater heavily on in digicam modifying at the same time as others depend far greater on placed up processing. So, the final answer incredibly relies upon on who you're chatting with and what you're speaking approximately.
