Help replacing manifold on 1972 Ford F250?

I need help please; what order do you tighten the bolts in? What should the ending tork be? do you use sealer on the gaskets? what are the two double thread ended bolts that connect the manifold to the exhaust called? and any more advice you got!!

If I remember right the bolts are 3/8. Start from the center and work out toward the ends. Torque first time to 20 ft. pounds. Second and final torque 35 ft. pounds. Recheck the torque (cold) in a day or two and retorque to 35 ft. pounds again. Long bolts are called exhaust flange studs. You don't need sealer on the bolts. If you can find them, get new bolts from the dealer. They're a little pricey but worth it, as they are a special material. good luck
