I'm too lazy to read all of it, but i know that it's for 2 years and doesn't cover technial support like virus's and what not.. Anything else i need to know? I want to buy one from J&R and they're offering me extended 2year service plan for 99 dollars... and i don't know if i should buy it

Depending on the laptop, some ASUS laptops come with one year of accidental damage protection so even if you spill water on it, drop it, etc they will fix the computer instead of you having to buy separate insurance to cover that. Of course in any case any claims have to be processed by ASUS and could require you to send off your computer. I also can't say for sure your computer has it, that's something you need to look in the manual for.
Now with that being said, most of the time, extended warranties through stores unless the repair is very minor, just ship your laptop off to a depot or the manufacturer for repair anyway so really you spent the money for nothing (you just don't have to call ASUS for support, they do it for you).
The only time a store warranty is any good is when it goes for longer than the original warranty because then you wouldn't have got service otherwise but in this case ASUS already gives you 2 years of coverage for the exact same things that store warranties cover, hardware failure not through the fault of the user and no coverage on the operating system/software installed.

The factory warranty covers the hardware and devises installed but does not cover the plastic components or accidental damage caused by dropping, abuse etc.
It also does not cover the operating system this is covered along with support from the operating system manufacturer (Microsoft for Windows).
Do not know what J&R is but would buy the extended warranty from Asus or the manufacturer and not a stores warranty.
