I do think that Egypt started all the declines with( a push) from the east NOT the west,,Egypt is less influenced by the west than 60 years ago as an example

It is understandable when you think that most of northern Europe is at a standstill, nothing is flying anywhere, in or out. It's a shame that things are left rotting, & tourism is down, but it's better to be safe than risk lives by flying.
Egypt does has more than its fair share of knocks when anything happens in the world, but this time at least its not man made, there is nothing that could have prevented this one.

lol...no it isn't weird , i think it is normal....esp. with the tourism part...
the funny thing is , that i've heared that egypt opens its airports for those whom their flights where cancelled and willing to help....i don't know how though , ppl are already trapped in europe but that is what i've heared on the news , and if it happened then it'll be a good idea to make up that loss in tourism.!!

the funnier is that , that somewhere i've heared that tourism in egypt is being decreased every year more than the year before....can u imagine a country with third of the archeology of the whole world and is unable to use it right and keep it.?! actually this is really ironic!

u know everything happens affect us i feel as if is sending us a message..'we have to change our policy and depend on our selves and to know how to solve our problems'...but what can i say...i usually remember that qoute regarding egypt " elmarkeb elghar2ana eddeha za22a" :( that is what that volcano just did to us another za22a...lol

i also believe that egypt mashyya wara elmoktama3 elgharby with no ID, f ayy tantofa bet2assar feh ..bet2assar fena ad3af mennoh because e7na dayman 3ayzen 7ad ye7alalna mashaklna w 3agzeen 3an ennana nesal7 lenafsana..f dah 7aga tabe3ayya en lamma europe kollaha tet2assar b 7aga akeed bet2assar f masr b one way or another.!

@G.#2:it is 5 miles above..they can't fly at any height cuz the ashes destroys the engines of the airoplanes, it is not about the fuels or anything else and moreover that ashes move with the wind along europe which means more flights are being cancelled and nobody knows when that volcano will stop giving out ashes and nobody knows to where it may be heading to either....it is risky if they triied to fly that is what they say!!

nevermind...gotta go to sleep..good night.zzzzzz

Egypt's location is the main reason. It's really bad that tourism is very sensitive to anything not only in Egypt, but around the world this is the nature of tourism. You can't imagine the mess that's going on these days in travel and tourism business. Seriously I think many times to work in a different field. I wish I can.

The real disaster is corruption in Egypt that became one of the worst in the history of this country, 0% or 100% occupancy in hotels does not put food on the Egyptians table,I dream that Egypt become the center of the middle east the way it was. The disaster is when I read in the news papers that Kuwait deport Egyptians for expressing their views of whom to represent them. when the Saudis wip doctors for stupid reasons. those people couldn't dare to treat Egyptians this way 30 years ago and get away with it. look at Cairo streets how dirty, filthy and under no control, that is what I call it disaster.
I love Egypt and my wish is to see it the way it was.

Because Masr Om El Donia and mothers' hearts are always large in facing kol el masayeb.
Have you ever seen a child seeking his mother except when there is a moseeba? If there's peace and happiness, Mama is the last person you want to involve and you call for your independence. But with problems, she's the first one to feel them.
