Why my enter key don't work on the firefox address bar.?

Okay. I guess I should know this, but I can't figure it out. I use internet explorer 8, and firefox 3.6.3 Okay, on internet explorer the enter key works on the address bar. On firefox it don't work. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the Enter button on the number pad? You may have to turn Num Lock on.
