At what point is enough ENOUGH?

Really...where do you draw the line? When do you stop to look after yourself instead of others? As for me, I just can't decide.

That's funny, because I think people think too much about themselves and not enough about others. I think it's hard to draw a distinct line; you help others when needed or when you can. But I also try to remember that if I don't take care of myself, I only hurt my ability to help others.

You draw the line when you notice all the things you've done are not about you, but about others. It's time that you start showing some self-love.

To the point where you want to almost jump off a cliff and face plant on the ground that is 2000 meters below. That's what I would do. But maybe I would put a little twist to it... like a slide.. or like a backflip off of it.. You know something like that :)
