What do I have? Pneumonia?

i coughed up some red and brown clot like things, i had the chills, fever, stuffed up, swollen glands, really sore throat, run down, and just about everything hurts to move. sometimes when i stand up i get light headed

im 16 Ive had pneumonia b4 ive had strep a few times before, i once had pneumonia and strep at the same time
i dont normaly get sick, first time this year of being sick

I've had pneumonia before, and your symptoms do sound like you have pneumonia or maybe you have sinusitis, i got a cold then sinusitis and then pneumonia. You should go to a doctor immediately.

id go to the doctors just to be sure, cuz they can give u something for it if it is pneumonia
