Dell PC TuneUP real repair or another bogus download?

Dell PC TuneUp http://ow.ly/zdCR .......Has anyone run this? I've been having a lot of issues with my Inspiron 1525 since moving and having to revert back to dial up (yes it still exists). I am looking for a utility that will scan my pc, tell me what is wrong and fix it for me so I don't have to pay some geek $125/hour to do the same thing this will for $40 bucks for an entire year.

Does this work, or is it much like other downloads out there that 'almost' fix your problems and you have to have it 'geek-tweeked' anyway?

This would be a lot easier to answer if you could describe the types of issues you are having.

Much of the time these sorts situations can be addressed by fairly simple maintainence that you should be doing anyway.
