i have narrowed it down to as much as i can so i hope you guys can help me. When i say nothing i mean nothing... i cant play online games or update some programs. i know it has nothing to do with the window Firewall being that i checked that. the cause was Most likely the virus i had. "anitspyware soft" program stopped me from loading up programs... i fixed that by deleting the stuff from it. crome and IE dont work btw.

... compare your files to a known good copy, like your install disks
- remove all traces of chrome
- remove all you can of any IE addons/plugins through control panel> internet options
- remove all you can of any IE left
- run multiple scans using different AV/anti-malware products
using FF, get ready to download all new copies of Chrome, IE, and your network drivers
-- then remove any possibly corrupted network drivers.
... now rebuild, reinstall it all.
You've got probably about 50% chance of this resulting in all those parts working to restore your system if you are careful.
**Best recommendation: save your data thjat is needed, and wipe the system out ( Darik's Boot and Nuke or SDelete first..) reflash your BIOS, then format & install Windows from scratch. Then restore your data, and all your programs.
This may take a while, but at least when you're done you are back to work.
