borderlands help????????????

Question

Ok so i have 2 of the 3 dlc for the game,i have one mission left for one.Where you have to kill the big crab monster.I have beaten the main story mode,but at the end of it had a clip where you see the robot from the start of the game good all bad.Went back to the start of the game where he was and he wasn't there.i cant figer out how to end it so i can play it over again and still have the seam lv and stuff.Please someone tell me what i can do so i can do a play threw again

hahah chill out dude. sadly you cant fight him :((((((((. but to get to second playthrough and keep ur weapons and level, just go to single player, hit start game and it will say 1st or second playthrough? hit 2nd and u can start on that :)

i think you exit out to the starting menu go to single player press the (what is it A button) and there should now be an option of playthrough 1 or playthrough 2 hit playthrough 2.
