On Interstate 79, outside Pittsburgh, near neville island is the ramp to Route 65 (towards Sewickley) closed?

Question

I got to go out to Leetsdale, PA this week and was planning on just getting onto I-79 and taking the exit for PA-65 North Towards Sewickley (just after neville island i think exit 66??) But I'm not sure if the exit ramp is closed for construction or not?

I was hoping someone out there who lives around that area or possibly drives that route to confirm if the exit ramp is closed or not.

Not at present, but I'm checking just after midnight (EDT).  There are some lane closures for construction on R 65, but the markers say there are detours in effect.

It was closed about a week ago, not sure today. Not bad though, I had to go across the bridge to Neville Island and do a U turn, coming back across you can get on 65. It's well marked.
