Can you get warranty on Apple headphones?

I purchased Apple brand headphones around 5 months ago and one of the headphones has stopped working. I am pretty sure that in the box there was a warranty booklet but i went onto the Apple website and they didn't say anything about warranty on headphones. The headphones i got when i purchased my iPod lasted me a whole year but these ones just stopped working after only about 3months.

Um, I think that you should bring it back and say it doesn't work anymore. They will give you a refund and plus a $50 gift card, I think.
