Egypt : Do you think he is worth it?

Hisham Talat Mostafa, paid today 750 million Egyptian pound to Susan Tamim Family,, just to withdraw the civil claim against him,,,
I am surprised,, Susan Tamim, Hisham talat Mostafa, and El Sokary , all are not worth even one million...I am sorry , but if I were from his family I would not pay a penny
Now the Q,,, how come money buy justice?? Can the rich just kill and pay money to escape punishment?what about the poor,,, should he suffer killed and killer?Only because he does not own those millions?? we Salmly 3la el 3adl...el mogtam3 el Nas

Hisham Talaat Mostafa, a man with this wealth, does not need his family to pay for him. He paid his own money for his freedom.

But, yeah. I agree with you, the whole thing is totally overrated. If he has done what is claimed to happen, then he must be some psycho. He chased her, recorded her movements, and maybe even killed her. This doesn't come from someone sane.
A sane murderer is the one who'd do it on the spot, for whatever (tho it doesnt justify it), but the planning heads are usually psychopaths.

I hate that man for what he's been doing, and even that woman for everything. But, I need you to know, poor people do offer money for the family of the victim (no matter where they get it from), but the thing here is: Why does the family ACCEPT? & What kind of law would let someone this crazy get out of jail? It's become more than just a murder.
If he killed her, he's a danger; he might kill someone else.

& No, the 'poor' killer should suffer because he KILLED, not because he doesn't have the millions. What, is a soul so cheap?

Even if she is the Queen, it doesn't make a difference. The act of killing a PERSON is a crime, community and religion wise. And who doesnt receive fairness in "Dunya" would get it in "El Akhra", am I right? That's what my Islam taught me. We have to do our best until we reach a limit where we, as individuals, cannot do anything any more, then we leave it to God - Al 3adl.

You can go online and search for a currency converter. Also, if you wish to purchase Egyptian pounds (LE) online you can do this through the American Express website (buy foreign currency online). The last time I went I bought $500.00 worth which got me 2,500 LE. It will last quite a while for taxis and meals, especially if your hotel is paid in advance. Also, so many places in Egypt will take Visa. There are plenty of cash machines (ATMs) to be found if you have a debit card or need to take a cash advance on your credit card. You should try to carry as many small bills with you when you go out (1 pound, 50 piastres, 25 piastres) because the Egyptian economy is very "tip" based and you will find yourself tipping for many services. If you eat in an average restaurant a dinner for two could end up being anywhere from 100 to 200 Egyptian pounds depending on the restaurant. We ate in Applebees, Chilis, TGI Fridays, Hard Rock Cafe, which tend to be a little more expensive. There are many cheaper restaurants that are just as good and your money will last longer. By the way, Egypt is very safe.

Money can buy justice because it is man's nature. From early times, justice is often about compensation first and punishment / vengeance second. If someone assaults me and leaves me with a chipped tooth, I would rather they give me a large sum of money than be punished. If the criminal is poor, then the only punishment is jail time. We justify that the rich criminal is actually harmed by the loss of money, so believe that justice has been served.

The more money we have we should answer about it in front of Allah(swt).. maybe he feels like this is one way to have less questions :D I guess some people would pay anything they have in hopes of escaping blame and fault (however real or unreal). It's unfortunate that I am not seeing this large sum in some news about building schools or hospitals...that would be too much to wish for.
