Is it legal for a psychologist to prescribe over 20 different medications?
My psychologist had prescribed over 20 medications to me, and did not listen to me when I said that I did not need some of them, I think he was just doing it for the money, and then when I had no health insurance he denied my relationship and left me in the ditch and I had to go cold turkey off of all of the pills.

No and no. It is illegal for a psychologist to do that, and you should report him to the police and get an attorney .and report him to the board of psychologists also. Twenty? that is out rageous. If it was a psychiatrist, that is even worse, because they are suppose to know better. Who ever it was, was a fraud.
Wow, that's too bad you did that. Now, you have to get off the pills. But, it will take money to get you out of it, but you have to be willing to go through the opposite. The cure is bitter and you'll start craving the meds you had. It is going to be extensive and expensive. Since you had the money for those meds, you should have the money for this. And about that relationship. It's really too bad you did that. Now, there's not too many ways to get those pills. You will have to get over it. The question of if it is legal for a psychologist to prescribe you 20 different medications, the answer is no because it is illegal for you to possess the 20 different medications at one time. If it is over an extended period, that would against his Hippocratic Oath he took when he became a doctor. But, if he is a true healer sent by Jehovah, he knows, "The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations." I've listed a few below. But, you need to get into a relationship with Herb and see where that takes you.
a psychologist isnt qualified to prescribe meds. report him to the medical board. they challenge ethics. so heres the problem, you have no money for therapy or drugs. most universities are required to counsel as part of the course. see if you can get on a program and get probably diagnosed. it may have been the doctor had no idea, so just gave you every thing. its very dangerous because certain antidep react badly and cld kill, that why i say speak to the med board. give them a list of what he gave you. you may have a sue there. you should only get meental meds prescribed by a spychotherapist. they have two degrees (1 doctor/GP) one psychology. cheaply you can get vitamins omega 3&6, D3 and folic acid. and better than all of them. 20 munites of direct sunlight a day
